  • Science sessions (Day 1)

    Contributions in the following themes are welcome:

    - Exploration of terrestrial crusts, mantles, and cores

    - Melts and magmas

    - Rock deformation

    - Ore deposits and critical minerals

  • Technical sessions (Day 2)

    These sessions represent a unique opportunity for the participants to discuss experimental advances and challenges, through a mix of oral presentations, extended Q/A times and group discussions.

    Contributions about the following topics are welcome:

    - Frontiers in the P-T-t-X space

    - What's wrong with my experiment? a community clinic

  • Planning sessions (Day 3)

    Where does the experimental petrology community want to be in 10 years? What new techniques and methods need developing the most? How do we safeguard and support our community in the U.S.? These sessions will be the place to discuss these questions and make plans for the future!

    All attendees will be encouraged to participate in the following two sessions:

    - Collaborative frontiers in experimental petrology

    - The next decade of experimental petrology
